Jon Magin

Jon Magin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing across various sectors, particularly in law enforcement and international markets. Currently serving as the Vice President of International Sales for Latin America at ShotSpotter and SoundThinking since April 2018, Jon has a proven track record of building successful sales strategies in multiple global regions, including Latin America, the Caribbean, and key markets in Europe and Asia. Previous leadership roles include Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Decision Sciences, Owner/President for Non-Lethal Solutions International, Vice President of Sales at Pepperball Technologies, and Vice-President of Global Sales for Monsanto's Kelco Biopolymers Group. Jon's educational background includes an Advanced Executive Program Certificate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Crop Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
