Nasim Golzadeh

Nasim Golzadeh has a strong background in technology and operations management. Starting in 2005 at TriTech Software Systems, they served as Sr. Director of Operations before moving on to CentralSquare Technologies in 2014 as Vice President of Operations & Professional Services. In 2019, Golzadeh transitioned to SoundThinking (formerly ShotSpotter) as Managing Director of Technologic and Executive Vice President of Investigative Solutions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership in project revenue, implementation processes, and team management.

Nasim Golzadeh has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tehran. Nasim also holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering and an MBA from UC San Diego. Additionally, they have completed Executive Management programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School. Nasim has obtained various certifications in leadership, negotiation, Lean-Six Sigma, and project management.
