Ralph A. Clark

Ralph Clark has held various leadership roles in different companies throughout their career. Ralph served as President and CEO at SoundThinking and GuardianEdge, overseeing business model pivots and significant growth. Additionally, they were Vice President of Finance at Adaptec and held the roles of CFO and President at Snap Appliance. Ralph also founded Blue Makoi, Inc, where they successfully raised funding and sold the company. Ralph has extensive experience in finance, business development, and strategic planning, making valuable contributions to the organizations they have been a part of. Currently, they serve as a Board Member at Glowforge and TriNet, bringing their expertise to the boardroom.

Ralph Clark earned their Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Pacific. Ralph then went on to obtain their MBA in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School. Additionally, they received a certification from the Directors College at Stanford Law School in 2023.
