Pame Nickelsen has worked for several companies since 1990. Pame began their career at CIGNA as a Claims Representative, where they investigated, negotiated, and settled Workers' Compensation Claims. In 1999, they moved to Nucrest Homes, LLC as an Assistant to the President. In 2004, they began working for Waterway Gutter, Inc. as an Office Administrator, where they successfully implemented QuickBooks as the operating financial software and was responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable. In 2009, they moved to Lifeline Counseling Center as an Office Administrator, where they performed payroll duties, generated reports, and paid bills using QuickBooks. In 2010, they moved to Lexmark Enterprise Software as an Executive Administrative Assistant to CTO and R&D Leadership. Finally, in 2016, they began working for ShotTracker Inc. as the Director of People, Culture, and Corporate Communications and the People & Culture Champion.
Pame Nickelsen attended Ambassador University from 1986 to 1988. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in The Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn.
