Antonio Guzman

Antonio Guzman possesses extensive experience in the mining and business development sectors, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Superintendente General Mina Zona Antigua y Zona Nueva at Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A., Antonio has held multiple roles in the organization since September 2018. Previously, Antonio was a Business Development Manager at SERPICC SAC and has served as Gerente Tecnico de Operaciones at MARTINEZ CONTRATISTAS E INGENIERÍA S.A. Between 2013 and 2016, Antonio worked as Sales & Marketing Manager for Modular Mining Systems, focusing on various Latin American markets. Early in the career, significant roles included Jefe de Voladura and Jefe de Operaciones Zona Este at Minera Yanacocha, where responsibilities involved planning and resource allocation for mining operations.
