Andy Dine

Andy Dine is an experienced professional in the orthopedic industry with a strong background in sales management and market development. Currently serving as the Market Development Manager at Shoulder Innovations since January 2025, Andy previously held the position of President at Fixation Orthopedics starting January 2013. During tenure at Arthrex from October 2018 to December 2024, Andy excelled as Area Sales Manager, leading a team in the sales of advanced orthopedic devices and achieving significant growth through strategic partnerships. Earlier roles included District Sales Manager and Arthroplasty Director at Arthrex, as well as Sales Representative at DePuy Synthes Companies, where Andy consistently exceeded sales targets. Andy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed training at the United States Army Academy of Health Sciences.
