Don has worked 25+ years in the orthopedic industry serving in various C-level and executive R&D, marketing and business development roles at Depuy-Synthes, Biomet, DVO, Genesis Innovation Group and others. Don co-founded DVO–Extremity Solutions LLC, which was sold to Tornier, Inc. in 2007. He holds 13 issued and pending patents.
