Doug Hynek has worked in a variety of roles in the medical industry since 1980. Doug began their career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Associate for Eli Lily & Company, followed by a Sales Associate role at Johnson & Johnson Orthopedics. In 1984, they took on the role of Operations Manager/Sales Associate at Zimmer-Page & Associates. After a two-year stint as a Sales Associate at HealthPartners in 2012, they were promoted to Pharmacist at the same company in 2017. Doug also held the role of Consultant at Conventus Orthopaedics in 2017 and was promoted to Director of Customer Service and Logistics in 2016. In 2013, they became the VP of Operations at Zimmer Biomet Fegan and held the same role until 2021. Currently, they are the Distribution and Customer Service Director at Shoulder Innovations.
Doug Hynek earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from North Dakota State University between 1971 and 1976.
