Michelle Warden has a wealth of experience in supply chain management, purchasing, and production. Michelle began their career in 2004 as a Quality Engineer and Production Supervisor at General Motors. In 2008, they moved to Terumo Cardiovascular Systems as a Sr. Supervisor of Planning and Purchasing and Production Supervisor II. In 2015, they were hired as a Supply Chain Manager at Industrial Tectonics Inc. and then worked as a Consultant for herself in 2017. In 2018, they were hired as a Commodity Planning Supervisor at Haworth and is currently employed at Shoulder Innovations as the Director of Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing Manager.
Michelle Warden attended Michigan State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Michelle then attended the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Master of Science in Global Automotive and Manufacturing Engineering.
