Markus Kistler is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in governance and financial management. Currently serving as the Chief Governance Officer at Hitachi Astemo since April 2022, Kistler previously founded and partnered at STEER LLC, focusing on global business integrity from 2015 to 2021. Kistler's background includes leadership roles at EuroChem as Head of Group Internal Audit from 2015 to 2020, and various significant positions at ABB from 1999 to 2015, including Division CFO and Regional CFO for North Asia.
