Chris Wade, PMP

Chris Wade, PMP, has extensive experience in data operations and management. Chris is currently the Director of Data Operations at Showcase IDX, where they oversee the efficient and effective handling of data. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of MLS Data Operations at the same company.

Before joining Showcase IDX, Chris co-founded The Plugin Pros, LLC, where they focused on building back-end software solutions for Wordpress/WooCommerce based marketplaces. Chris was responsible for maintaining business filings and ensuring compliance with state and federal agencies.

Chris has also worked at Rocket Homes, where they served as a Product Owner and a Technical Data Steward. In these roles, they were responsible for managing product development and ensuring data integrity within the organization.

Prior to Rocket Homes, Chris worked at FMLS for several years. Chris held positions such as Manager of Data Services and Compliance and Data Service and Compliance Specialist. In these roles, they designed and implemented data access policies, monitored data content for compliance, and managed departmental employees.

Earlier in their career, Chris was the owner of Home Brewed Tackle, where they created an online marketplace for vendors to sell outdoor products. Chris collaborated with third-party developers to enhance the platform's offerings.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated a strong ability to manage data operations, ensure compliance, and drive successful projects.

Chris Wade, PMP holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Chris attended Central Gwinnett High School from 1997 to 2001. In terms of certifications, Chris Wade obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential from the Project Management Institute in January 2018. Chris is also a certified Real Estate Broker through the Georgia Real Estate Commission since December 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Certified Multiple Listing Professional (CMLX Level 1) and Certified Multiple Listing Executive (CMLX Level 2) from CMLS - Council of Multiple Listing Services, obtained in December 2018 and August 2019, respectively. Most recently, Chris Wade obtained a certification in Real Estate Data - Business from the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) in March 2022.
