Amanda Fink has a diverse work experience. Amanda began their career as a Professional Opera Singer in 2011, performing at major venues around the world. In 2015, they took a temporary role as a Human Resources Coordinator at Dumbarton Oaks (Harvard University Research Institute). From 2018-2021, they were a Music Instructor at Harmonic Music Studios. In 2021, they began working at Dover as a Customer Experience and Interview Specialist. In their role, they were responsible for successful customer onboarding and implementation of Dover's SaaS platform, providing regular status updates to clients. Amanda is currently employed at Highlight as a Customer Success - Enterprise Operations.

Amanda Fink has a Master's degree in Music Performance, Opera from the University of Maryland, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013. Amanda also holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, voice from Chapman University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2011. Additionally, Amanda has been studying Music and Renaissance Studies at Middlesex University since 2008. Amanda also has two certifications: an Introduction to Online Quantitative Market Research from Udemy, which they obtained in January 2023, and a Project Management Professional Certificate from Google, which they are currently in the process of obtaining.
