Deirdre Norris

Deirdre Norris is currently the VP of Product at Highlight, where they lead world-class Product and Design teams to create a leading consumer product intelligence platform. Previously, Deirdre served as Head of Product at The June Care Company, focused on addressing the childcare crisis, and held various roles at SurveyMonkey, including Senior Product Manager and Director of Product Management and Data Science. They were also the VP of Product at WhoCo, overseeing product strategy and development for AI-assisted hiring solutions. Deirdre earned an MBA from Stanford University and a BA, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
