Heather Ferguson

Heather Ferguson is an experienced sales and customer service professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at DecoPac, Inc. since December 2019, Heather has also held positions at Showdown Displays since March 2015, including Customer Care Specialist and Inside Sales Representative, where responsibilities involved managing accounts in the East Region of the United States, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Previous experience includes roles in home health care at Northwoods Caregivers, sales and marketing at Anderson Fabric Workroom, and real estate brokerage at Osiris Realty. Heather holds a BA in Real Estate from Hennepin Technical College and completed high school education at St. Francis High School.
