Previously, Baiba held the position of Head of Technical Account Management at ShowHeroes from January 2018 to December 2020, leading the Technical Account Management team, supporting sales and development with technical insights, and managing client relationships. Experience also includes roles as Junior Ad Operations Manager and Junior Project Manager, where Baiba focused on campaign execution and project management. Baiba holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Latvia and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Sustainable Economy from Rīga Stradiņš University, complemented by a brief educational stint at Copenhagen Business School.
