Pratt Barndollar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pratt began their career in 1982 at Phillips Petroleum Company, where they held various positions including Project Leader, Geoscience Advisor, and Geophysicist until 1997. Pratt then joined Apache Canada as the Chief Geophysicist, leading asset teams and overseeing seismic operations and database management. In 2000, they moved on to Samson Canada as the Lead Geophysicist. From 2002 to 2005, Pratt worked at Devon Energy as the Worldwide Exploration Portfolio Manager, Chief Geophysicist, and NV Exploration Manager. Pratt then served as President and VP Exploration at Napa Energy Ltd from 2006 to 2008. Pratt joined Talisman Energy in 2008, where they held the positions of Colombia Exploration Manager & Global Exploration Portfolio Manager, leading exploration and appraisal programs and optimizing the worldwide exploration portfolio. In 2013, they joined PanAtlantic Exploration Company as the Exploration Manager for West Africa until 2015. Most recently, Pratt has been serving as the President of Showhomes since 2016.
Pratt Barndollar earned a Bachelor's Degree from Kansas State University in 1982, with a focus on Geophysics. Additionally, they pursued Civil Engineering with a Geology focus in 1981.
