Geoffrey D. Flahardy

Geoffrey D. Flahardy is the Director of National Accounts at ExchangeRight. Geoffrey has over 19 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in private placement investments and 1031 exchanges.

Geoffrey started their career at Inland Securities Corporation in 2000 as a Regional Sales Associate. Geoffrey quickly developed new business relationships with financial representatives within the independent broker/dealer community, making 70-100 outbound prospect calls per day and scheduling for external wholesalers.

In 2003, they were promoted to wholesaler as Assistant Vice President by introducing new advisors to both REIT and 1031 programs. Just two years later, they were promoted again to Regional 1031 Exchange Manager to coordinate 1031 Exchange sales for the east coast. Geoffrey successfully increased the region's 1031 Exchange sales by 150%, bringing the east coast to the second highest sales region in the country.

In 2008, Geoffrey was promoted to Vice President and served as the internal wholesaler for CA, AZ, and HI. Leveraging all of their previous expertise, they were able to maximize sales within their territory.

In 2013, they became an instructor at cpaacademy.org, providing free webinar instruction on section 1031, DSTs, and private placements giving 1.5hrs of CPE credits for tax professionals. Geoffrey also advanced to Private Placement Specialist responsible for sales support and education to wholesalers, financial advisors, and

Geoffrey D. Flahardy has a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Westminster Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Kennesaw State University, and is a CFP from The American College of Financial Services. Geoffrey is currently working in the Commerical Real Estate Analysis field.
