Romelle O'Shea

Romelle O'Shea is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, product training, and client relations. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at ShowingTime since June 2019, Romelle has also held multiple roles in product training. Prior experience includes positions at Redfin as a VIP Specialist and Tour Coordinator, where Romelle managed client requests and coordinated property tours. Additional roles at DSW, Walt Disney World, Woof Boom Radio, and various leadership positions during academic years at Ball State University highlight strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
