Quincy Gossfield is a seasoned television and film professional currently serving as the Producing Director for the Showtime Networks series "The Chi" and previously directed multiple episodes of the show. With a diverse background in the industry, Quincy is also a full-time episodic television director for the Directors Guild of America, co-founder and co-CEO of &SEEN Networks, which focuses on LGBTQIA people of color entertainment, and co-owner/producer of The Russelli and Hall Company. Additional credits include consulting producer at HBO Max for "Legendary," supervising producer at BET Networks, and co-director of the short film "FLAMES," which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. Quincy holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge and an A.A. in Psychology from Los Angeles Valley College.
