Nancy Reyes

Nancy Reyes is an experienced property manager currently employed at SHP Management since December 2013, where responsibilities have included managing resident relations, conducting recertification interviews, and overseeing property operations to enhance tenant satisfaction. Prior to this role, Nancy worked at the Boston Public Health Commission as a Child Care Specialist, documenting statistical child care data and providing supportive services to families, and served as a Youth Programs Group Leader at IBA - Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción, developing age-appropriate curricula and overseeing youth programming. An early career experience as a Summer Intern at IBA involved administrative support and participation in training programs. Nancy holds a Child & Growth Development Course from Urban College of Boston and a High School Equivalency Diploma from SCALE ASE.
