Melinda Powelson

Melinda Powelson is the CEO of Shred Nations, a document management company based in Golden, Colorado. Melinda has over 25 years of experience in the business world, including web development, application development, and journalism.

Powelson began their career as a reporter for The Jefferson County & Port Townsend Leader, where they covered community events and education. Melinda then moved on to The San Diego Reader, where they wrote stories for the City Lights section. In 1999, they joined o2 Group as President, where they oversaw web development and application development projects.

In 2004, Powelson founded Record Nations, a document management company that helps businesses and individuals securely store, destroy, and manage their documents. under their leadership, the company has grown to serve clients nationwide.

Powelson is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.

Melinda Powelson has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and English from Pacific Lutheran University and a degree from Green Mountain High School.

Janet Randolph - Director of Accounting & HR, Forrest Morgan - General Counsel, and Samantha Masters - Digital Marketing Manager report to Melinda Powelson.
