Sohan Bansal

Sohan Bansal currently serves as the Finance & Commercial Head for the RMC Business at Shree Cement Ltd., a position held since December 2023. Previously, Bansal was the Finance Business Partner for the Ready Mix Concrete Division at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. from March 2021 to December 2023 and served as the Zonal Commercial Head at UltraTech Cement from March 2005 to April 2017. Sohan Bansal holds a Diploma in Information System Audit from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completed in December 2003, and is a Chartered Accountant, with qualifications covering finance, management accounting, taxation, law, costing, and IT, obtained in May 2003. Bansal also earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University in March 2001, focusing on accounting, taxation, costing, and law.
