Eric Galko

Eric Galko, Esq. is an experienced professional in sports operations and player personnel. Currently serving as the Director of Football Ops and Player Personnel for the East-West Shrine Bowl at Shriners Hospitals for Children since April 2021, Galko is also the Founder and President of Optimum Scouting, a role held since August 2007. Previous positions include Director of Player Personnel for both the XFL and Your Call, Inc., as well as VP of Player Personnel at THE DREAM BOWL. Galko has also provided legal advisory services for the Minnesota Vikings and held the position of Scouting Director for the HBCU All Star Game. Galko earned a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware.
