Hemant Kumar Sharma is Chief Internal Auditor of Shriram General Insurance Company Limited. He has more than 14 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial and legal compliances. He was responsible for Corporate Secretarial, legal compliances, Grievance handling and co-ordination with various statutory agencies. Before joining Shriram, he has worked with listed Companies as a Company Secretary. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Associate member of Insurance Institute of India.
