Justin Paradis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Justin started their career as a Finance Intern at RED Distribution and Worldwide Pants Incorporated in 2003. Justin later joined Protiviti in 2005 as the Senior Manager of Internal Audit and Business Risk. At Protiviti, they gained expertise in risk consulting and internal audit, helping clients achieve growth and profitability while managing their risks. In 2012, Justin joined Emigrant Bank as the VP of Internal Audit. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Graphics at Pitcher List since November 2018.
Justin Paradis attended Hofstra University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a BBA with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting. In 2006, they obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. Justin then pursued further certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2011. In September 2013, Justin obtained the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and the Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) certifications, both from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.

In 1850 a group of Irish emigrants founded Emigrant Bank as a mutual savings bank in New York City. Today, Emigrant is New York’s oldest savings bank, serving local communities with 35 branches and various banking subsidiaries: Emigrant Capital, Emigrant Financial Services, Emigrant Business Credit Corp., Emigrant Funding, New York Private Bank & Trust and Emigrant Mortgage Company.
