Atul Sharma

Atul Sharma is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and business management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Shriram Life Insurance since January 2015, Atul also held the role of Vice President of Operations at the corporate office in Hyderabad, overseeing a team of over 600 employees and managing all non-sales functions of retail and Group Life Insurance. Prior to this, Atul contributed to HDFC Standard Life Insurance as Associate Vice President, leading the Business Systems vertical in IT and addressing end-to-end project management for SDLC projects. Atul's earlier career includes roles at Oriflame India Private Limited and Modi Korea Telecom, where responsibilities ranged from commercial management to customer service. Educational qualifications include a Senior Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, along with a PGDBM in Business Administration and a B.Com from Rajasthan University.
