Manoj Kumar Jain serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Shriram Life Insurance, a company established through a partnership with Sanlam Life Insurance Co Ltd of South Africa, recognized for its profitability and innovative low-cost distribution model targeting tier 3 and 4 towns in India. Prior to this role, Manoj held the position of Managing Director and CEO at Shriram Fortune Solutions, where responsibilities spanned the overall financial services market across India. With prior experience as the Business Head for HDFC Standard Life Insurance in South India and in credit and collection at Tata Finance Ltd, Manoj has built a robust career in the financial and insurance sectors. Manoj holds an MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Sagar and completed secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
