Anisha Patel, MHRM, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and has comprehensive experience in various roles within customer service and human resources. Anisha's professional background includes positions as a Guest Service Associate at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, a School Age Child Care Counselor, Membership Service Representative, and Swim Instructor at the YMCA of Metuchen Edison Woodbridge and South Amboy, as well as a Human Resources Associate and Regional Recruitment Manager. Anisha has also contributed as a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works and currently serves as the RUSHRM Project Manager for International Students at SHRM.
