Ashley Miller, M.A., SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Content Strategy and Director of Digital Products & Services at SHRM, where responsibilities include setting strategic direction for B2B products, overseeing the P&L for digital products, and enhancing the customer experience for the e-commerce platform.
