Sara Rahim

Sara Rahim is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in health and corporate engagement, workforce development, and interfaith initiatives. Currently serving as Program Manager at SHRM Foundation, Rahim previously led key projects at Interfaith America, where a robust portfolio of faith and health grants was developed, promoting religious diversity in healthcare. A successful tenure at CollaborateUp included designing training programs for government agencies, while at Cara Chicago, strategic leadership in workforce development resulted in significant growth and improved job placement outcomes. Through roles at A Common Word Among the Youth and various organizations, including the United Nations, Rahim has cultivated international collaborations and developed impactful training and capacity-building resources.
