Alberto Arias

Alberto Arias, Psy. M, serves as the Community School Director at the Community Association of Progressive Dominicans since September 2022, focusing on nonprofit public benefit activities. Previously, Alberto held the role of Program Director (Dual-language) at Roads to Success from December 2020 to August 2022 and served as Program Director at the Port Chester Carver Center from October 2019 to October 2020. Alberto's experience also includes positions such as Assistant Director/Consultant at Mi Casita; Creativity + Culture, Program Director at MECA after-school program/P.S. 555, and Theatre Arts Specialist and Group Leader at CMSP 327. Additionally, Alberto has contributed to youth education as a Youth Educator with INCLUDEnyc and held various educational roles within the DOE system. Alberto earned a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Educational Therapeutic Intervention from Mercy College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Brockport.
