Soad Elhusseini

Soad Elhusseini is an experienced professional in real estate asset management with a comprehensive background in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Asset Management at SHUAA Capital since August 2021, Soad has previously held significant positions including General Manager of Business Development at Eltizam Asset Management Group and General Manager of Three60 Abu Dhabi at Three60 Communities. Additional experience includes serving as Property Manager at DAMAC Properties and Assistant Manager at Dubai Properties. Soad began a career in community management and transition at Nakheel and possesses advanced academic credentials, holding a Master of Business Administration from The University of Bolton and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics/Finance from UAE University.
