Previous positions include Treasurer/Collector for the Town of Bedford, Meter IT Project Manager at Boston Water & Sewer Commission, and Director of Information & Technology for the Town of Swampscott. Michele has a solid educational background with multiple degrees from UMass Boston, including an MBA and certificates in Incident Command Systems and Geographic Information Systems. Additionally, Michele has demonstrated expertise in financial management, IT support, and team leadership across various organizations.

Shubert Theatre is a not-for profit arts, education, and community institution serving the people of Connecticut and in particular the City of New Haven. As a public resource, the Shubert presents a wide array of programs to a diverse community. The theater itself is the crown jewel of downtown New Haven.
