Er. Manoj Kumar is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as the State Head Technical at Shubham Housing Development Finance Company since July 2019. Previously held roles include Area Technical Manager, Deputy Technical Manager, and Technical Manager within the same organization. Er. Kumar began his career as a Technical Officer at Roha Housing Finance and has also worked as a Valuation Engineer at D.K. Nagpal & Associates and ADROIT Technical Services Limited, focusing on technical valuations in the Noida and Greater Noida areas. Er. Kumar holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from North East Frontier Technical University, a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Chhotu Ram Rural Institute of Technology and Pharmacy, and is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Real Estate Valuation from the Real Estate Management Institute.
