Vishal Kanodia

He Started his career with T R Chadha & Co. in 2003, post which he joined GE Money Financial Services in 2005 in their Consumer Finance Business in the Internal Audit division. He also looked after the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function there.

In 2008, he moved to Religare Finvest Ltd as the FP&A Head for the NBFC division. Post-acquisition of their HFC, he was managing FP&A for both companies. He was responsible for managing the financial planning, monthly reporting, engagement with investors, portfolio buy-outs / sell-downs, assignments / securitization deals, etc. His last assignment was as the Finance Controller for both the companies responsible for closing of book of accounts, audits, inspections, planning & reporting to internal & external stakeholders.

In 2017, he moved to Hero Housing Finance Ltd. as their Chief Financial Officer. He was involved in setting up of the company across functions along with other senior members. He hired and established the finance function from scratch along with all the processes and policies for the smooth running of the company.

In his last role in 2021, he moved to Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Ltd. as the Chief Financial Officer. There he was responsible for Financial closing & reporting, Internal audit, Fund raising & Information technology.

Vishal has done his Bachelors in Commerce from Kanpur University and is a Chartered Accountant (CA).
