Enzo Ottens

Enzo Ottens is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Shuffle since January 2025, Enzo previously co-founded and led earnr as CEO from October 2020 until its acquisition by Untied in January 2024, with backing from notable investors such as Antler and FJ Labs. Enzo’s expertise also includes roles in strategy and business management at Mettle, and as Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer at Bó, a banking app dedicated to promoting financial sustainability. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Loot Financial Services Ltd., where the focus was on empowering young consumers in financial literacy, and a brief tenure in sales operations at UberEats. Enzo holds an MBA from London Business School and participated in an Executive MBA exchange at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
