Colleen Miller

Colleen Miller has a diverse work experience that includes roles in associate recruitment, legal administrative assistance, and professional photography. Colleen is currently serving as the Director of Associate Recruitment at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP since July 2022. Previously, they worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant at the same company from March 2020 to July 2022. Before that, they operated their own photography business called Studio 840 Photography & Events, offering portrait, wedding, event, and landscape photography services since June 2008. Additionally, they provided event planning services. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Team Lead at Pontoon Solutions. Colleen has also worked for ADP, where they held the position of Senior Recruiting Specialist from October 2013 to August 2019. During their time at ADP, they handled various roles including recruiting coordination, junior program management, sourcing, and client relationship management. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Family Video in 2013 and as a Teller at JPMorgan Chase from 2012 to 2013. Colleen also gained experience as a Shift Leader and Server at AMF Bowling Centers from 2010 to 2013. Colleen was actively involved in student organizations during their time at the University of Florida, serving as Historian and Treasurer for UF PRSSA from 2010 to 2012, and as Secretary and Vice President for UF Lambda Pi Eta from 2011 to 2012. Colleen has also worked as a Marketing & PR Intern at The Arts Partnership from 2011 to 2012, drafting and editing various materials and increasing the organization's visibility through marketing efforts.

Colleen Miller has an Associates of Applied Science in Portraiture Photography from the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology. Colleen also has a Bachelor's of Liberal Arts in Public Relations from The University of Findlay. In addition to their degrees, Colleen has obtained several certifications, including the AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) from AIRS, an ADP Company, which they obtained in March 2017, and the AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from AIRS, which they obtained in October 2016.
