Jack Santaniello

Jack Santaniello serves as a partner and the NC/SC Regional Service Line Leader at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP since September 1999, focusing on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, franchise, and intellectual property law. Their expertise encompasses general corporate and commercial transactional matters, including corporate formation and dissolution, mergers, acquisitions, and matters related to copyright as well as federal and state trademarks. Prior to Shumaker, Jack worked as an associate in the Corporate Practice Group at Blair, Conaway, Bograd & Martin, P.A. from September 1997 until its merger with Shumaker in September 1999. Jack earned a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 1994, and completed leadership programs through Leadership Charlotte and the Leadership Development Institute between 2008 and 2016.
