Jonathan Ellis

Jonathan Ellis is a shareholder at Becker and Poliakoff, drawing on extensive experience in community association law, particularly involving condos and HOAs. Previously, Jonathan served as a partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP and Broad and Cassel. With a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. in English from the University at Buffalo, Jonathan has represented numerous community associations as general counsel, managing a wide range of legal issues including litigation, covenants, and corporate matters. Known for a client-oriented approach, Jonathan balances tough advocacy with a deep understanding of the roles within community associations.
