Brian Trethaway

Brian Trethaway is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Engineering Manager at Shupper-Brickle Equipment Co. since September 2013, where responsibilities include managing engineering teams, overseeing project management, and generating equipment estimates. Previously, Brian worked as a Project Engineer, designing cranes and creating technical drawings and calculations. Prior experience also includes serving as a Mechanical Structures Support Engineer at CDI Aerospace, where Brian redesigned structural elements for the Boeing 787 aircraft and analyzed safety margins. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Rowan College at Burlington County.
