Bob Standen

Bob Standen has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Bob started their career in 1990 at National City Bank, where they served as a Branch Manager, Commercial Lender, Marketing Analyst, and Credit Analyst. In 1996, they moved to Macco Adhesives as a Credit Manager. From 1997 to 2005, they worked at ICI Paints in various positions, including Senior Financial Analyst, Cash Manager, Director of US Accounting, and Director of Retail Finance. In 2007, they joined Lincoln Industrial as Corporate Controller, where they significantly improved financial operations and integrated two acquisitions. Bob then moved on to Sanford as a Financial Controller, where they remediated control deficiencies and integrated multiple acquisitions. From 2008 to 2011, they served as Finance Director at Rockwood Pigments. Bob then joined Rockwood Pigments Global as a Division Controller from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Corporate Controller at Pretium Packaging LLC, responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Since 2015, Bob Standen has been the CFO at Allied Aerofoam Products, where they played a key role in the transition from private to private equity ownership and oversaw finance, IT, and HR. In 2020, they became the CFO of Shur Co.

Bob Standen earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business-Economics from Miami University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Bob then attended Kent State University's Graduate School of Management from 1991 to 1995, earning both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics. In September 2009, Bob obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois.
