Tom Delgatto

Tom Delgatto is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Shur-Co, Tom oversees manufacturing and branch locations, leading a team of 260 members to enhance operational efficiencies. Previous roles include Vice President of Lean Systems at Bahler Management, where Tom supported the integration of acquisitions and drove lean initiatives across the organization. As President of BG Supply, Tom led the establishment of a new business within the Bahler Management family and successfully completed an acquisition. Tom's career also includes significant positions at FBi Buildings, Wabash National, and various roles at Alcoa and General Motors, demonstrating expertise in supply chain excellence, process improvement, and team leadership. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Information Technology from Marquette University.
