Althea Ricketts serves as the Vice President of Corporate Initiatives at Shure Incorporated, where responsibilities encompass collaboration with the CEO on global initiatives, especially in Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Sustainability strategies. With over 30 years of customer experience expertise, Althea holds various leadership roles at Shure, including Associate Vice President and Director positions, providing strategic direction across diverse functions such as operations, marketing, and customer service. Althea is also the Director of the AVIXA Foundation, promoting career development in the audiovisual sector, and has participated in AVIXA's Leadership Selection Committee. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Grinnell College and several advanced certifications, including an MBA in International Business and a focus on Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion.
