Chad Ayers

Chad Ayers has a work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Chad started their career as a Senior Engineering Technologist at Criticare Systems, Inc. in 1999 and worked there until 2007. Chad then joined GE Healthcare as a Compliance Test Engineer and worked until 2010. Following that, they joined Rockwell Automation where they held various positions including Senior Product Certification Engineer, Project Engineer-Product Certification, Product Compliance Manager, and Global Manager, Product Certification and Compliance until 2020. Currently, Chad Ayers is employed at Shure Incorporated where they have held positions as the Director of Global Compliance and is currently working as the Senior Director of Global Compliance.

Chad Ayers completed their education at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from 2003 to 2008. Chad then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the same institution, which they obtained between 2009 and 2014. Prior to that, Chad completed their Associates in Applied Science degree in Electronics at Waukesha County Technical College from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained an Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Certificate from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and an ESG for Directors Certificate from The Corporate Governance Institute in 2022.
