David Noftz

David Noftz has over twenty-five years of work experience in project management and software engineering. David currently works at Shure Incorporated as an Associate Director of Project Management and previously held the role of Senior Software Project Manager. Prior to Shure, they worked at Motorola Mobility as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the launch of multiple mobile devices. David also worked at Motorola Solutions as an Engineering Group Leader, where they led development teams and served as a technical leader and software engineer. David has a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.

David Noftz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they earned from 1991 to 1995. David then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, completing it from 1996 to 1998. In 1999 to 2001, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University. Additionally, in August 2019, David obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
