Marianela Schanz

Marianela Schanz is the Associate Director of Global Corporate Development at Shure Incorporated, where leadership focuses on developing business partnerships and collaboration across various sectors including live performance and content creation. Schanz is also a member of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council, contributing to initiatives that promote Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access within the organization. Previous roles at Shure include Business Development Manager, Associate Product Manager, and Product Marketing Specialist, all emphasizing innovation and customer-centric product development. Prior to joining Shure, Schanz gained valuable experience as an Audio Engineer and Live Sound Engineer in various church settings and volunteered in audio production teams. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Miami.
