Malaika Santa Cruz

Malaika Santa Cruz has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Photographer/Sales Representative for Apollo Publishers. Malaika then worked as a Marketing Coordinator for GigPros, Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Their next position was at Shut Up & Write!, where they worked as a Community Manager from an undisclosed start date until December 2018. Malaika then became an Operations Manager at the same company from December 2018 until January 2020. Malaika currently holds the role of Director of Operations at Shut Up & Write!, where they are responsible for developing and implementing operational policies, managing finances, and optimizing operational processes.

Malaika Santa Cruz attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2006 to 2010. Malaika obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology during their time there.
