Senior Manager, Support Readiness

Lily Leary has extensive experience in customer service and operations, having begun their career with Tiny Prints in April 2007 as a customer service representative. Lily progressed to a team lead position in 2009 and subsequently became a customer service supervisor at Tiny Prints/Shutterfly from July 2010 to August 2013. Since August 2013, Lily has held various management roles at Shutterfly, including Senior Manager of Support Readiness and Manager of Customer Care and Operations, as well as managing the Quality Development Team.
