Christophe Baraton

Christophe Baraton is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles across prestigious hotel brands. Currently serving as the General Manager at Shutters on the Beach since September 2021, Christophe previously held the position of General Manager at The Boca Raton's Boca Beach Club from November 2017 to September 2021. Prior to that, management roles included General Manager at Delano (sbe Lifestyle Hospitality) from April 2016 to November 2017, as well as Hotel Manager positions at DELANO and CLIFT during a nearly nine-year tenure with Morgans Hotel Group. Early career highlights include various leadership roles in food and beverage management and restaurant operations at renowned establishments such as The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott. Christophe Baraton holds a four-year Hospitality Degree in Hotel Management and Food and Beverage from Institut Lyfe (formerly Institut Paul Bocuse), completed in 2001.
