Conor Nugent

Conor Nugent is a seasoned professional in the fields of artificial intelligence and technology management, currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Manager at Shutterstock since October 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing an AI-focused team developing deep learning solutions for image and video content. As Co-CEO and Head of Technology at Breadboard Labs, co-founded in September 2014, Conor leads the design of people-centered solutions for environmental issues. Previous roles include Director and AI Researcher at DoubleYard Europe, where Conor focused on AI-powered ed-tech solutions, and various engineering and product development positions at companies such as Intercom, Keelvar, Treemetrics Ltd, Idiro Technologies, and Trinity College Dublin. Conor holds a Ph.D. and a B.A.I. in Computer Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
